Job Description

### Position Details:
•Job Type: Contract (Project-based)
•Location: Remote/ Work from Home
•No. of Positions: Total 60 Telecallers (Phase 1: 20 Members; Expansion to 60 in upcoming batches)
•Start Date: Immediate (for the first batch)
Language: Bengali + Hindi/English
### Key Responsibilities:
•Log in daily to the provided dashboard within the assigned working hours.
•Use the provided dialer system to make outbound calls to a targeted list of individuals.
•Conduct surveys based on predefined, society-specific questionnaire templates.
•Accurately fill out the digital forms with the responses received during calls.
•Successfully complete a minimum of 18 surveys per day*.
•Maintain quality and compliance standards while interacting with respondents.
•Coordinate with supervisors for updates, issues, or escalations.
### Requirements:
•Prior experience in tele calling, BPO, or survey-based calling preferred but not mandatory.
•Ability to speak fluently in Bengali + Hindi/English
•Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
•Basic computer literacy – ability to operate a dashboard, dialer, and digital form filling.
•Reliable internet connection and a quiet environment to work from home.
### Project Tools & Support Provided:
•Daily log-in access to a centralized Dashboard for work tracking.
•Dialer access* for making calls (no phone bills involved).
•Training and support regarding the survey questionnaire and call protocol.
•Performance monitoring and guidance from the project management team.
### Performance Expectations:
•Minimum of 18 completed surveys per day per telecaller.
•Strict adherence to daily login times and work hours.
•Accuracy in capturing and submitting survey data.
###Payment terns:-
Date: 10th of every month.
Payment cycle :- 1st to 30th/31st
